ADDRESS()
Builds a cell reference as text from a row and column number.
ADDRESS(row_num, column_num, [abs_num], [a1], [sheet_text])ADDRESS constructs a cell reference as a text string from a row number and column number — the reverse of what ROW and COLUMN return. By default it builds an absolute reference like $C$2.
abs_num controls whether the row and column parts are absolute or relative ($ signs), a1 switches between A1-style and R1C1-style references, and sheet_text prefixes a sheet name onto the result.
ADDRESS returns text, not an actual reference Excel can calculate from directly — feed the result into INDIRECT to turn it into a working reference.

- The row number to use in the reference.

- The column number to use in the reference.

- Whether the reference is absolute or relative. 1 = absolute (default), 4 = relative.

- TRUE for A1-style references (default), FALSE for R1C1-style.
